As an Assistant Location Manager, you are an indispensable link within an organization's locations. You support and guide pedagogical professionals in the field of pedagogy and quality. You identify areas for improvement in pedagogical practice and help teams to further strengthen quality.
What you will do.
- Support and guide pedagogical professionals
- Identify areas for improvement in pedagogical practice
- Help teams with quality improvement
- Step in as a pedagogical professional at various locations and types of work
- Compile holiday programs
- Devise fun activities
- Assist in organizing group meetings, tours
- Ensure a pleasant atmosphere for children, parents

Profile
- Suitable diploma according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare
- Some administrative work experience
- Coaching skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Experience in planning and organizing is a plus
- Valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
- Fluent in Dutch
Practical
- A one-year contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract upon good performance
- A good package of secondary employment conditions, including travel allowance, bicycle plan, collective insurance, and an end-of-year bonus
