At a sports and health center, we believe in a holistic approach to movement, health, and well-being. We are looking for an enthusiastic group class instructor who guides our clients with passion, energy, and professionalism during their training sessions. More specifically, we are looking for an instructor for Bodyshape and Body Combat classes, but other connecting styles are also welcome.
What you do
As a group class instructor, your task is to safely and motivatingly guide our members during challenging and inspiring group classes. You know how to enthuse and stimulate participants to get the best out of themselves, regardless of their level or experience. With your energy, you create a positive group dynamic where fun, effort, and personal growth are central.
- You give group classes to groups, tailored to the level and goals of the participants.
- You ensure an energetic and professional class environment where safety, technique, motivation, and experience are central.
- You guide participants in the correct and safe execution of exercises.
- You motivate and inspire participants through varied training sessions and a strong coaching style.
- You work closely with a team of coaches, sports advisors, and medical professionals to guide clients in an integrated manner.
- You stay informed of the latest trends and developments in fitness, group classes, and training methodologies.
What they ask
- You have experience as a group class instructor.
- You have a relevant education or certification in fitness and/or group fitness.
- You are enthusiastic, energetic, and know how to positively motivate participants.
- You have an eye for safety and technique.
- You are independent and work on a freelance basis.
- Students who are eager to expand their experience are also very welcome.
- You are a true team player and contribute to the positive atmosphere within the organization.
- You are available on Tuesday evenings from 7 PM to 8 PM (Bodyshape) and/or on Saturday mornings from 10 AM to 11 AM (Body Combat).
