Analytical Development Analyst

We are looking for an autonomous Analytical Chemist with expertise in chromatography to advance their career with a global pharmaceutical leader. We are hiring two Analytical Development Analysts to join a dynamic 35+ person laboratory dedicated to developing life-changing therapeutic molecules.
What you do
- Method Development & Testing: Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for raw materials, intermediates, drug substances, and drug products across developmental and routine phases.
- Laboratory Operations: Perform stability analyses, release testing, multimedia dissolution, forced degradation studies, and IPC testing for early-phase clinical development.
- Data Interpretation & Transfer: Analyze complex data with a critical mindset, ensure consistency, and support analytical transfers to QC laboratories and external partners.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with procedures, document results using specialized lab software, and ensure data integrity through peer double-checks.
What they ask
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry or an equivalent scientific field.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in a regulated pharmaceutical laboratory with demonstrated operational autonomy.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in HPLC, UPLC, and GC chromatography paired with UV/Vis, RI, or MS detection techniques. Proven experience in method development and validation is required.
- Languages: Fluent French (spoken/written) and good written English (for procedures and technical documentation).
- Mindset: Team-oriented, highly rigorous, quality-compliant, with strong communication skills to clearly present results.
