You will work on an assignment basis for various organizations, at a tactical or strategic level. Assignments vary and offer the opportunity to grow in terms of content, stakeholder management, or complexity.
What you will do.
- Guide company acquisitions or reorganizations
- Temporarily manage a team as an HR Manager
- Implement HR system implementations as an HR Project Leader
- Establish the HR foundation in organizations where this foundation is lacking
- Exert direct influence on leaders and policy in an HR Business Partner role
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Advisor, HR Project Leader, or Recruitment Manager
- Good network and proven impact
- Entrepreneurial mindset: sees opportunities, builds connections, and anticipates an organization's needs
- Open to new insights and ways of working
- Able to switch between different contexts and people
- Adapts quickly to diverse company cultures and work environments
- Energetic, enjoys collaborating with driven colleagues, and is solution-oriented
- Seeks connection with a professional community and wants to continue personal development
