- Act as a connecting force between policy, implementation, data, and modern digital solutions within the Physical Domain.
- Strengthen ICT chains and optimize systems, data, and services for current and future challenges.
- Work with SaaS and Cloud solutions, where expertise, systems, data, and services are organized with external market parties.
- Take the lead, set the course, and continuously adapt to technological and societal developments.
- Function as a business partner for internal and external collaborations.
- Advise, both solicited and unsolicited, on the impact, risks, opportunities, and implications of digital changes, based on knowledge of chain processes (from policy development to operational implementation).
What you do
- Work within the Physical Domain as part of a multidisciplinary team including functional administrators, security & privacy experts, architects, and data specialists.
- Ensure an optimally functioning and future-proof information provision for relevant departments within the organization.
- Research and analyze business processes, data flows, and information provision.
- Translate issues into concrete ICT initiatives and guide them through the municipal portfolio process.
- Advise on process design, chain optimization, and digital innovation.
- Manage collaboration with suppliers and partners/clients.
- Play a connecting role between policymakers, operational teams, and IT professionals.

- Professionals with ambition and demonstrable competencies in information advisory, preferably within a government organization or similar client-oriented context.
- HBO or WO (higher professional education or university) work and thinking level.
- Knowledge of ICT, data, and digital (chain) processes.
- Strong communication skills and a connecting, client-oriented attitude.
- Ability to think strategically and, above all, practically/solution-oriented.
- Demonstrable independence, but also able to function well in a team.
- Affinity with working according to Agile principles.
