Within this assignment, you are responsible for guiding and assessing students during their vocational practical training (BPV) and the final practical examination. You will collaborate with the student and their practical supervisor at the learning company.
What you will do.
- You will guide students largely remotely during their BPV and maintain contact with the student and practical supervisor.
- You will support the student in achieving learning objectives and provide substantive feedback on their development and progress.
- You will identify when adjustments are needed and coach the student and practical supervisor accordingly.
- You will visit the BPV location at the beginning of the BPV period.
- You will assess the student during the final practical examination at the workplace.
Profile
- You have a completed higher professional education (hbo) degree in Sustainability.
- You possess extensive and current practical experience within sustainability, preferably as a manager/coordinator or in a similar role.
- You have experience in guiding students or demonstrable didactic and educational experience at MBO level or higher.
- You are preferably qualified and/or experienced as a practical examiner.
- You have knowledge of the main outlines of the MBO Sustainability Coordinator program and the associated qualification files.
- You are willing to make one or more visits to the student's BPV location if necessary.
- You possess good communication and social skills and are able to guide students in a pleasant and motivating way, even remotely.
- You are demonstrably legally independent (e.g., through registration with the Chamber of Commerce and/or the use of a VAT number), and work from your expertise for multiple clients.
