Work on maintenance and renovation of homes.
- Projects for various clients, including housing corporations and private clients.
- Working in both vacant and occupied homes.
- Largely independent work based on work orders and maintenance reports.
- Regular contact with residents, supervisors, and project managers.
What you do
- Repair and replace interior doors and window frames.
- Install carpentry and skirting boards.
- Resolve structural defects.
- Repair damage to walls, floors, and ceilings.
- Finalize delivery points after renovations, ensuring homes are delivered clean, safe, and ready for use.
What they ask
- Demonstrable experience as a renovation carpenter, preferably in the maintenance and renovation of rental and owner-occupied homes.
- In possession of driving license B (E).
- Own tools and transport.
- Proficiency in the Dutch language.
- Valid VCA-Basic certificate or willingness to obtain it.
- Customer focus, neatness, and clear communication.
