You will be part of a team focused on Cyber Security management within a government organization. You will contribute to a safe country by ensuring the continuity and availability of security systems. You will work in a dynamic team of designers, technical, and functional administrators.
What you will do.
- Technical management of used tooling and implementation of new tooling.
- Planning and coordination for administrators and first-line administrators.
- Focus on management processes compliant with the ITIL methodology.
- Determine the impact of migrations or management projects.
- Execute planned changes and controls.
- Test proposed changes/migrations/projects.
- Configure application-related items in various systems.
- Investigate and find solutions for improvements, deviations, and problems.
- Incident/escalation/project coordination.
- Planning and work preparation for yourself and administrators.
- Create and coordinate changes.
- Develop plans/proposals for improvements.
- Resolve and coordinate deviations and problems.
- Create periodic or on-demand reports.
- Register and report improvements, deviations, and problems.
- Provide Configuration Management information.
- Prepare and keep service and measurement reports up-to-date.
- Guide and coach junior and medior technical administrators.
- Participate in on-call services.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, preferably a completed education in ICT or a comparable combination of education and experience.
What they ask
- Experience in the field of technical management, familiar with ITIL processes.
- Experience with Linux and Windows.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a medior administrator at an operational level.
- Experience with automation solutions such as Ansible, Terraform, GitLab.
- Experience with container solutions such as Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes.
- Experience in managing junior and medior administrators.
Preferences.
- Technical knowledge of Endpoint agents management or willingness to acquire it.
- Technical knowledge of ElasticSearch/ElasticSecurity or willingness to acquire it through certifications.
- Technical knowledge of network equipment or willingness to acquire it through certifications.
