A real estate organization with over 15 years of experience is looking for a driven real estate agent for the further development of its activities. You will make a difference through expertise, enthusiasm, and a personal approach.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the complete guidance of sales files, from prospecting to deed
- Actively prospect and develop your own portfolio of sales assignments
- Provide valuations and sales advice to owners
- Negotiate and conclude sales mandates
- Professional guidance of sellers throughout the entire sales process
- Organize and conduct visits
- Negotiate between buyer and seller
- Prepare and follow up on sales files
- Monitor market developments and commercial opportunities
- Actively contribute to the further growth and visibility of the organization
Profile
- Possesses an IPI number (Professional Institute of Real Estate Agents)
- Relevant experience as a real estate agent
- Commercial flair, positive mindset, and strong drive to perform
- Independent, but also enjoys working in a team
- Values freedom and variety, plans own agenda
- Driving license B
- Fluent communication in Dutch
- Knowledge of French and English is a plus
