What you do

- Customer-oriented, analytical, and solution-oriented technical support for users of software, systems, and ICT equipment. You act as a bridge between internal employees and the external ICT service.
- Installations and configurations of hardware and software and the necessary support associated with them.
- Management of the inventory of ICT equipment.
- Oversee information security by following up on actions from the information security plan and participating in the information security cell.
You follow up on dossiers, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure that tasks are realized efficiently, flawlessly, and with quality. You work independently and collaborate closely with colleagues from different departments, combining technical, organizational, and communicative challenges in one versatile role.
