An organization is looking for a STIP Coordinator who wants to work as a freelancer or through secondment. The client is an international player in the chemical industry. For the support of technical activities on site, a STIP Coordinator is sought to be responsible for the daily coordination and follow-up of scaffolding, tracing, insulation, and painting works. You enjoy working in an industrial environment where safety, quality, and planning are central.
What you will do. As a STIP Coordinator, you form the link between internal requesters and the various contractor companies performing the work. You ensure that the works are correctly scheduled, safely executed, and delivered with quality. Your tasks include:
- Coordinating scaffolding, tracing, insulation, and painting works performed by various contractors.
- Acting as a point of contact between internal requesters and the contractors performing the assignments.
- Daily coordination of activities and establishing and following up on daily and weekly planning.
- Managing and monitoring the STIP register in SAP and the contractor portal.
- Conducting site visits with contractors to discuss and explain assignments on location.
- Performing field checks on ongoing and completed works.
- Independently performing field observations and LMRA's.
- Ensuring safe, qualitative, and cost-efficient execution according to agreed arrangements.
- Checking quality and housekeeping upon completion of works.
Profile
- You have an A2 diploma in Mechanics or are equivalent through relevant technical experience.
- You are a strong communicator and take initiative where necessary.
