As an HR Consultant, you will work in-house at a client organization and be the linchpin between this organization and the temporary workers employed through an HR service provider. From your on-site workplace, you will have daily direct contact with employees, allowing you to optimally guide and support them.
What you will do.
- Recruitment of Warehouse Employees and Packers
- Writing vacancy texts
- Assessing candidates
- Planning and conducting intake interviews
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding of new employees
- Various administrative tasks, such as contract management and hour processing
- Telephone contact with employees and managers
- Guiding and coaching flexible employees
Profile
- HBO/MBO working and thinking level, with administrative skills
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel weekly to another branch
- Possession of a personal car is a strict requirement for travel
- Strong communication skills, empathetic
- Proactive and experienced in guiding employees
