You work independently at the client, but you have a close-knit team of remote colleagues with whom you consult regularly.

- Ensure efficient personnel planning that meets the needs of clients and flexible employees
- Support flexible employees in their professional development and guide them during their first working day
- Maintain contact with clients and flexible workers via email, phone, and personal conversations
- Actively search for new candidates, conduct job interviews, and introduce new employees to clients
- Prepare and conduct performance reviews to discuss performance and development

- Social and decisive HR consultant who stands firm
- Easily switches between employees and team leaders, even when encountering resistance or difficult conversations
- Effortlessly switches between different discussion partners and knows how to build lasting relationships with empathy and persuasiveness

- A completed MBO 4 or HBO education in HRM
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR tasks
