Throughout the assignment, the focus is on facilitating collaboration between involved parties, with the representative organization acting as a connector and director. For your initiatives, you are the point of contact; for each initiative, there is an up-to-date overview of the phase, stakeholders, decisions, and exit agreements.

What they ask
- Minimum of a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience advising on innovation initiatives at or for public organizations
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience with collaboration and process guidance within the public domain, gained in the last 5 years
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in which you connected societal challenges with digital transformation at or for public organizations, gained in the last 6 years
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience guiding scaling-up and/or collaboration processes at public organizations, in a directing or connecting role
Preferences.
- Demonstrable experience in initiating public domain projects, with various roles
- Demonstrable experience working in a team on innovation-related issues in a political-administrative environment
- Experience with standardization/interoperability issues
- Experience in drafting position papers within the public domain
- Experience in developing generic products or learning outcomes from experiments or pilots
