Business Travel Consultant

• You are the fixed point of contact for clients and guide their business trips from A to Z.
• You advise, think ahead, and always look for the best solution.
• You manage complex files, book flights, hotels, train travel, and rental cars.
• You meticulously follow up on changes, ticketing, and airline procedures.
• You support colleagues, share your experience, and actively contribute to the further growth and quality of the organization.
• You act as a trusted advisor for your clients.

What they ask

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Travel.
• Experience with Amadeus.
• Experience with airline ticketing, exchanges, and refunds.
• Experience with online booking tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AI tools and digital technologies to work smarter, more efficiently, and more customer-focused.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• French is a strong asset.
