You will work alongside an organization, together with an experienced project manager who guides the trajectory. You will take on the executive project management.
What you do
- Plan, prepare, minute meetings and follow up on actions
- Monitor planning and guard scope, budget
- Attend workshops, capture needs, and structure them
- Escalate to the right decision-maker when decisions need to be made
- Prepare reporting for the steering committee
- Provide support for data migration, testing, training, and change management as the project progresses
What they ask
- Experience in a project environment, preferably around software implementations
- You maintain structure when things get messy
- You can independently represent the organization, capture questions, and pass them on correctly without making commitments yourself
- You remain neutral in a discussion between departments
- You dare to address someone when a deadline starts to slip
- Dutch-speaking
Practical
- An experienced project manager (mentor) will guide you
- An assignment of more than one year
