A group practice for psychotherapy and guidance for children, adolescents, and adults. The team currently consists of nine colleagues. We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our team. We strongly believe in collegiality and collaboration. There is room for support, where we attach great importance to making time and space to get to know each other better, consultation, intervision, and sharing experiences.
What you do
- You offer individual therapy and tailored assistance, adapted to the client's needs
- Opportunity to provide group therapies
- Space to develop your own professional interests and creative projects, for example, internship supervision, organizing information evenings, giving training sessions
Profile
- Master's degree in clinical psychology/pedagogy; or a recognized therapy training completed
- Additional therapy training is a plus but not a requirement. Willingness to start one is advisable
- Guidance for children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Self-employed in main or secondary occupation
- Experience in therapeutic work
- Knowledge of various issues and therapeutic interventions
- Willingness to start in the afternoon/evening hours or Saturday mornings is desirable. Expansion of hours is possible, as well as morning hours in due course
- Commit to a long-term engagement and have a collaborative attitude
- Possess a good dose of enthusiasm and professionalism
- You are willing to work in a team; you are socially and communicatively oriented
- You enjoy working independently and taking initiative
- Be contact-oriented
- Work in a planned and independent manner
- Exchange experiences and expertise within the team
