Inside Sales Representative Interior

• You manage your own customer portfolio and are the first point of contact for questions about orders, stock, and deliveries.
• You administratively process customer orders in the system and follow up on orders.
• You assist customers by phone and email in Dutch and French, seeking effective solutions for questions or problems.
• You work closely with sales representatives and the warehouse to ensure smooth order processing.
• You keep customers and internal contacts informed of ongoing orders, available stock, and deliveries.

• You speak Dutch and have an excellent knowledge of French, as most customers are French-speaking.
• You are eager to learn, dynamic, and quickly master new tasks and working methods.
• You are proficient with computers.
• Experience with an ERP package is a plus.
• You are stress-resistant and approach problems practically and solution-oriented.
• Academic bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience.
• You are at the start of your career or already have experience: both profiles are welcome.
