An organization that conducts population screenings is looking for a coaching, strategic, and initiating manager for the Information Security, Quality, and Privacy (IKP) department. Development and improvement are continuous themes. You will play a central role in the organization's management.
What you will do.
- Provide direction for the strategic course of the IKP department.
- Ensure a strong positioning of information security, quality, and privacy.
- Build connections between team members and various departments.
- Translate laws and regulations into actionable frameworks at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Stimulate a vibrant culture of improvement and safety.
- Maintain relationships at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, both internally and externally.
Profile
- Coach, guide, and support the team in their role, tasks, and professional development.
- Stimulate cohesion, connection, craftsmanship, and ownership.
- Be a visible ambassador for information security, quality, and privacy.
- Address bottlenecks with an eye for culture and change.
What they ask
- Minimum HBO Bachelor's degree level.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a manager or supervisor.
- Demonstrable work experience in managing and coaching professionals.
- Demonstrable work experience with the three focus areas: information security, quality, and privacy.
- Demonstrable work experience in translating laws and regulations into policies, frameworks, and/or actionable measures.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable work experience with information security, quality, AND privacy.
- Demonstrable work experience as a manager within an organization in development or change.
- Demonstrable work experience in positioning and connecting multiple fields of expertise within an organization.
- Demonstrable work experience in developing and/or implementing an improvement or safety culture.
- Demonstrable work experience with advice and stakeholder management at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Demonstrable work experience within a healthcare, public, or social organization.
