WMO Quality Coach

• Coach and advise consultants on case studies and working methods.
• Join case study meetings and provide substantive support.
• Assess the quality of investigations and decisions, including following the 5 steps.
• Stimulate and monitor the uniform application of guidelines and frameworks.
• Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in implementation.
• Translate policy, jurisprudence, and guidelines into practice.
• Assist in the onboarding and development of (new) employees.

• You ensure that consultants are more confident in their role and that quality becomes visible in daily actions.

What they ask

• Minimum HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a WMO Consultant.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations and relevant jurisprudence in the field of the Social Support Act (WMO).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in coaching and guiding professionals.

Preferences.

• Demonstrable experience with coaching consultants, assessing investigations and decisions, advising on complex case studies, and applying the steps of the Central Appeals Tribunal (CRvB) and jurisprudence.
• Demonstrable experience with identifying improvement opportunities, implementing quality improvements, and safeguarding working methods within the organization.
