For an Adult Care team within a specialized outpatient mental health institution, a Psychotherapist is sought. Opportunities exist at the main branch in a city, as well as for expansion at other locations in the region. There is also interest in candidates for the Child & Youth target group or a combined function. The institution offers tailor-made diagnostics and various therapies for complaints such as autism, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety/trauma, depression, and personality disorders.
What you do
- Guide your own clients, often with comorbidity or complex issues.
- Autonomy over the treatment plan.
- Contribute to thinking about quality, development, and the future of care.
- Conduct intakes and establish classifications.
- Advise on (and perform) additional psychodiagnostic research.
- Draw up, establish, and execute treatment plans.
- Manage the treatment, monitor progress, evaluate, adjust if necessary, and conclude the treatment plan in a multidisciplinary context.
- Provide information and education to patients and their system.
- Provide work supervision to fellow healthcare professionals.
- Administer and register activities and documentation in the EPD.
- Oversee the trajectories of (Basic) Psychologists and specialized Therapists.
