Clinical Psychologist
A specialized care institution is looking for a clinical psychologist for a versatile role in an informal and collegial work environment, with room for personal initiative. The focus is on the treatment of people with a refugee background who have a residence status or are in the process of obtaining one, and who suffer from a psychotraumatic disorder. The team focuses on specialized trauma treatment, both individually and in groups, and collaborates intensively with various partners.
What you do
- You apply trauma treatment methods (EMDR, NET, BEPP), individually and in groups.
- You maintain close contact with collaboration partners.
- You play an important role in the substantive development of the team. You contribute to innovation, quality improvement, and inspire your colleagues with your vision and expertise.
- You coordinate diagnostics, perform specialized psychodiagnostics yourself, and guide psychologists in training in psychodiagnostics.
- You provide consultation to specialized mental healthcare practitioners who are struggling with their treatment.
- You provide work supervision to psychologists in training.
- You lead various (multidisciplinary) meetings based on your expertise.

- Work experience in various settings and specific expertise in psychodiagnostics and conducting intakes are recommended.
- Experience and affinity with psychotrauma treatment.
- Ability to transfer knowledge and skills.

- An up-to-date Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required upon employment.
Practical
- The organization offers a one-year employment contract with the prospect of a permanent contract thereafter.
- Salary in accordance with FWG 75 of the CAO GGZ (Collective Labour Agreement for Mental Healthcare).
- Excellent employment conditions according to the CAO GGZ, including: 8.33% holiday allowance and 8.33% year-end bonus, Zorg en Welzijn pension scheme (50/50), collective health insurance, a balance budget of €1,000 per year, 166 leave hours + 35 extra leave hours for life-phase budget.
