You have a passion for psychiatry and are at the beginning of every treatment trajectory. You focus on the individual client but also utilize opportunities for group treatment. With the right diagnosis and optimal collaboration, you deliver high-quality, client-centered care. As a primary practitioner, you are responsible for the treatment of clients with single psychiatric issues.
You simplify complex problems and coordinate short-term care. As a team leader, you handle intake and evaluation, after which you confidently transfer the treatment trajectory to your colleagues.
What you will do.
- You provide work supervision to basic psychologists to share your knowledge and experience.
- You are available for consultation and support the team.
- You keep abreast of the latest developments in psychological interventions so they can be offered to clients; there is ample room for innovation.
- Together with other primary practitioners, you shape the development of the treatment offering.
Profile
- You are a qualified GZ-psychologist and BIG-registered.
- You have experience working with psychiatric clients.
- You remain composed in hectic situations, are proactive, and can easily switch gears.
- You collaborate actively and intensively and involve your colleagues in a timely manner.
- You maintain organized administration and possess excellent communication skills.
- You are friendly and service-oriented without losing sight of the boundaries of the care provided.
