A healthcare organization is looking for a personal supervisor for supported living.
- You contribute to the self-reliance of people with a psychiatric and addiction background.
- The location offers 21 places for sheltered living to people with both psychiatric and addiction problems.
- Clients reside in homes spread throughout the city and a nearby locality.
- This team provides intramural and outpatient support to residents with a dual diagnosis.
- The team consists of 7 professionals with diverse backgrounds, in terms of education and experience.
- On-site, you work with colleagues, and clients visit by appointment for individual discussions.
- Together with the team, you are responsible for staffing.
- You have your own caseload of individual clients whom you guide.
What you will do.
- Contribute to the intake and registration procedure.
- Draw up the recovery plan with the client and their (professional) network.
- Intervene in conflict and crisis situations, and participate in multidisciplinary consultations.
- Motivate and guide clients in individual and group processes.
Profile
- You are stress-resistant and have good social skills, both verbal and written.
- You have knowledge of and/or affinity with addiction, psychiatry, and residential guidance.
- You have a relevant HBO level education or a relevant MBO education with demonstrable experience in addiction care and/or psychiatry.
Practical
- A positive Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.
- Reference checks and diploma verification are part of the application procedure.
