For an innovative high-tech organization, we are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who can lead complex technical projects from A to Z. You will work on projects within both R&D and NPI for leading clients within the high-tech industry. The organization works, among others, for a leading player in the semiconductor industry and develops and produces complex, high-quality technical systems and modules. This is explicitly not a role where you only monitor planning, budget, and stakeholders.
You are technically strong enough to engage in in-depth discussions with engineers and combine this with full project responsibility.
What you will do. As a Technical Project Manager, you are ultimately responsible for your projects, from technical scope and planning to finances and final delivery.
- Leading complex R&D and NPI projects within a high-tech environment
- Full responsibility for planning, budget, quality, and technical progress
- Managing and connecting multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Engaging in in-depth discussions with engineers and understanding technical choices
- Monitoring project risks, costs
- Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Guiding projects from development towards industrialization and production
Profile
We are looking for a seasoned technical Project Manager who combines project management with a strong engineering foundation.
- Extensive experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Project Leader
- Experience within high-tech, machine building, mechatronics, or complex technical systems
- Strong technical background; you can interact at a high level with Lead Engineers and specialists
- Experience with both technical and financial project responsibility
- Experience with R&D and/or NPI projects
- Experience with a leading player in the semiconductor industry or within the semiconductor industry is a strong plus
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
