You will collaborate with fellow enforcers, youth workers, police, and other partners to ensure that a municipal organization remains safe, livable, and pleasant for everyone. Your work is varied and dynamic.
What you will do.
- Address young people in the village center to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
- Supervise events such as village festivals or fairs, paying attention to rules and engaging with residents.
- Conduct checks on the improper use of homes or unauthorized driveways.
- Rectify violations and limit nuisance, preferably through dialogue, sometimes by imposing a sanction.
- Intervene in situations involving dangerous parking or illegal occupancy.
- Issue warnings, write fines, or enforce administrative measures, always with a human-centered approach.
- Be visibly present in neighborhoods and villages, easily make contact, and conduct conversations respectfully, even with angry or disappointed residents.
- Build connections, provide advice, and foster trust as a recognizable face in the community.
Profile
- Enthusiastic and social supervisor who is firm but also approachable.
- Preferably holds a BOA certificate.
- Relevant work experience in supervision or enforcement is a strong plus.
- Completed MBO education (preferably HTV).
- Driving license B is required.
- Flexible with working hours (sometimes evenings or weekends).
- Strong communication skills, respectful in dealing with residents, and enjoys the work.
