This role as an Intercedent is located at an in-house facility of a food company. You will be available for flexible employees, guide them throughout their careers, and support HR processes that contribute to a pleasant and well-organized work environment.
What you will do.
- You will chat with flexible employees, check how they are doing, and help new colleagues get started during their first working days.
- You will be a trusted point of contact for questions about work, planning, or contract matters.
- You will accurately process contracts, personnel changes, and time registrations.
- You will ensure that personnel files remain complete and up-to-date.
- You will support absence registrations and actively contribute to improvements in work processes.
Profile
We are looking for a driven Intercedent who wants to make a difference in a dynamic environment and values personal development.
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in HR.
- You communicate effortlessly in Dutch.
- You are socially strong, proactive, and bring positive energy.
- You enjoy variety and adapt easily to changing situations.
- You have a driving license and your own transport.
