As an international service technician, you will work for an organization. In this role, you will be the calling card for customers worldwide. You are responsible for the commissioning of new projects and provide service to existing installations. Traveling to customers is an important part of the job.
What you will do. As an international service technician, you will ensure that customers are satisfied with their machines and installations. You will place the final link in the process: the commissioning of new projects. In addition, you will provide service and maintenance to existing systems. You will work largely independently and have a lot of variety in your work, from mechanics and electrical engineering to hydraulics and control techniques. Your activities will include:
- Commissioning new installations at customers worldwide
- Performing service and maintenance work
- Analyzing and resolving malfunctions
- Advising and supporting customers and colleagues
- Reporting on work performed
Profile
- Completed technical education, preferably in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Experience as a service technician is a plus, but not a requirement
- Good command of Dutch and/or English, knowledge of German is a plus
- Independent, flexible
Practical
- An onboarding program, where you will start in assembly, co-assembly, and the testing department
