What you will do. As a wind turbine technician, you will be responsible for performing and supervising complex technical work on modern wind turbines. You will work on both mechanical and electrical installations and take the lead on larger projects. You will monitor safety, maintain an overview, and support less experienced colleagues.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on wind turbines
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical system failures
- Guide and coach junior technicians
- Work according to GWO guidelines and safety procedures
What they ask
- MBO degree in electrical engineering or similar
- GWO certifications (Working at Heights, Basic Safety Training, etc.)
- Experience with maintenance and repair of wind turbines
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Valid VAT identification number
- Valid Chamber of Commerce extract (not older than 3 months)
- Valid business liability insurance policy
- Declaration of compliance with tax obligations from the tax authorities
- VCA VOL
- Driving license B, own transport and (hand) tools
- PPE
