As a Cloud Engineer, you are the link between cloud technology and the client. You ensure that clients' IT environments remain stable, secure, and future-proof, with a clear focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and Modern Workplace. You identify opportunities for improvement, contribute to smart solutions, and help clients get the most out of their IT environment. You work closely with colleagues and clients on management, improvement, and migration projects.
What you will do.
- Management and optimization of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace environments
- Proactive management of client environments, incident analysis, and implementation of structural improvements
- Execution of patches, updates, changes, and security measures according to best practices
- Advise clients on their cloud and workplace environment and translate improvements into concrete actions
- Participate in migration, implementation, and improvement projects
- Collaborate with colleagues in support and projects to optimally assist clients
- Act as a technical point of contact for clients and colleagues
Profile
- Completed MBO 4 education in ICT or similar
- At least several years of experience in IT management, cloud management, or a similar role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Modern Workplace
- Experience with cloud and infrastructure management and improving client environments
- Familiar with ITIL and ticketing systems
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Proactive and analytical, with a drive for continuous improvement
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- In possession of a B driving license
