A cultural organization organizes an annual arts festival for young audiences.
- The festival annually invites more than 30 (inter)national companies that perform approximately 60 shows for schools and families.
- There are also various free interactive festival acts, and the festival serves as an international networking hub for creators and programmers.
What you will do.
- You will work in the production team, the organizational link between programming and technical realization.
- You will collaborate on the organizational and practical preparations and the realization of the festival programming.
- Tasks include: transport, catering, technical aspects, accommodation, locations, planning, etc.
Profile
- You love arts for young audiences.
- You have organizational talent and can work independently.
- You are communicative and multilingual (NL/F/E).
- You can work with planning and data tools.
- You are creative, enthusiastic, and highly committed.
- You can work in a problem-solving and results-oriented manner.
- This role will involve evening and weekend work.
- Possession of a driving license is an advantage.
