We are looking for an ANIOS Occupational Medicine for a small-scale and committed organization. You will join a warm team with short lines of communication and personal guidance. There is ample room to ask questions, gain experience, and develop yourself step by step within the field.
What you will do.
- Guide employees who are absent or at risk of absence
- Conduct consultations and translate medical information into work possibilities
- Advise on work capacity, recovery
- Support employers and employees in sustainable return to work
- Collaborate with an experienced occupational physician and case managers
- Contribute to prevention and healthy working conditions
Profile
- You are a graduated basic doctor and BIG-registered
- You are energized by personal contact and advising
- You are involved, eager to learn
- You are a good listener and communicate clearly
- Experience in occupational medicine is not required, but a plus
