Project Manager
A leading player in the insurance sector is renewing its IT architecture and transitioning to a new SaaS solution. This requires various IT projects that you will manage within a specific domain. The focus is on the core process of policies and claims in the insurance value chain. You will have the unique opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic environment and contribute to the successful execution of the transformation. You will report to the domain director.
What you do
- Analyze and resolve complex issues and content-related bottlenecks within projects in the non-life insurance context.
- Act as a problem solver and content point of contact, focusing on structurally bringing stalled cases to a successful conclusion.
- Quickly grasp the core of problems (process, system, regulations) and translate them into concrete and feasible solutions.
- Take ownership of critical issues, initiate actions, and monitor follow-up until complete resolution and safeguarding.
- Coordinate alignment between business, IT, and external parties to achieve supported solutions.
- Steer decision-making in complex situations, with clear analyses and pragmatic recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops and deep dives to jointly analyze and solve content-related problems.
- Ensure transparent communication about issues, progress, and solutions to stakeholders and management.

- Results-oriented project manager with medior to senior experience.
- Strong in-depth knowledge of non-life insurance.
- Combines a structured approach with a hands-on mentality.
- Proactively takes initiative to successfully realize projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Strong in leading and facilitating multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaboration, clear communication, and stakeholder management are central.
- Knows how to translate complex matters into concrete actions and ensures alignment between business and IT.
