You are an expert in talent acquisition within the industrial and logistics sectors.
- You work for various prominent clients and ensure that vacancies are filled with the right people, from operators and logistics employees to production staff.
- You play an important role in the recruitment process by building talent pools, implementing smart sourcing strategies, and optimally utilizing recruitment channels.
- You collaborate closely with clients, candidates, and colleagues to achieve the best results.
- You support junior recruiters in their development and share your knowledge and experience within the team.
What you do
- You recruit, select, and guide candidates within the industrial and logistics sectors.
- You conduct intake interviews and make the right match between candidate and client.
- You set up smart and creative recruitment campaigns to successfully fill even hard-to-fill vacancies.
- You build and maintain talent pools for current and future vacancies.
- You advise clients on labor market developments and recruitment issues.
- You guide candidates throughout the entire application process.
- You build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- You identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to optimizing recruitment processes.
- You share your knowledge with colleagues within the team.
Profile
- MBO+ or HBO (vocational or higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, employment mediation, or temporary staffing.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Driving license B and access to own transportation.
- Experience with sourcing, recruitment, and building talent pools.
- You know how to reach and enthuse candidates in a tight labor market.
- You are a strong communicator and easily switch between candidates, clients, and colleagues.
- You work independently, take initiative, and think in solutions.
- You enjoy guiding junior colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to developments within the field.
