A leading healthcare organization is looking for a Business/Functional Analyst with strong data expertise for a long-term assignment.
- You will play a critical role in driving a data platform transformation initiative, working closely with Business Intelligence and Functional Analyst profiles to ensure timely delivery.
- The organization is currently undergoing an acquisition and needs to build and maintain scalable data infrastructure for further development.
What you do
- Oversee the core business analysis, whilst having conversations with internal customers and collect the functional needs of the application to be developed.
- Analyze data requirements, identify data gaps, and recommend data solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop functional specifications and documentation for data transformations, data mappings, and data integrations.
- Participate in data migration efforts, seeing transition from legacy systems to the new data platform.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
Profile
- 5 years' experience as a Business/Functional Analyst.
- Good understanding of Data Platforms, Integrations etc.
- Experience within the Healthcare sector is also preferred.
- Fluent in English.
