You will support a collaboration of municipalities in the field of business operations. This organization is in a transition period, while regular services continue. You will temporarily strengthen strategic communication during these changes. You will draw up and implement a communication plan. You will also keep the management informed of developments and signals regarding the transitions.
What you will do.
- You will be a strategic sparring partner for the management.
- You will advise the management team and the internal communications professional on coherent strategic communication regarding the unbundling, the future of the organization, and relocation.
- You will support the internal communications professional in writing and editing understandable, accessible texts at B1 level.
- You will represent the internal communications professional in meetings.
- You will advise on the effective use of communication tools for internal and external communication.
- You will timely identify successes and risks and translate these into useful advice and plans.
- You will collaborate with management, team managers, the internal communications professional, communications professionals from the municipalities, and program management for the unbundling.
Profile
- You have completed a relevant HBO or university education.
- You have several years of experience as a strategic communications advisor in the public sector, preferably with decentralized governments.
- You have experience with administrators and a political-administrative organization and possess political-administrative and organizational sensitivity.
- You switch quickly between dossiers and set the right priorities.
- You easily collaborate and actively seek connection with colleagues.

- You have a completed education in communication at HBO or university level.
Preferences.
- You have demonstrable experience at a strategic communication level.
- You have demonstrable experience within the government, preferably with a decentralized government.
- You have demonstrable experience with administrators and political governance.
- You have demonstrable experience in drawing up and implementing a communication plan.
- You have demonstrable experience in organizations in transition, allowing you to switch easily between dossiers.
