An organization supports airline passengers in claiming compensation for delayed or canceled flights. They are expanding their network and looking for on-call passenger support at an airport in Belgium. This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.
What you will do.
- Respond on Short Notice: Travel to the airport arrivals area when notified of a disruption.
- Inform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how the organization can assist them.
- Be a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
- No airport security clearance is required for this role.
Profile
- Residence in Frasnes-lez-Gosselies or the surrounding area.
- Good French language skills (minimum B2 level).
- English or additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with the public in a professional manner.
