As a Financial Business Partner, you will influence the performance and profitability of multiple countries from the European headquarters. You are looking for an international finance role combining business partnering, forecasting, and commercial analyses within an international player in mobility and powersports. You will work from the European distribution center and headquarters on the financial steering of several European branches.
You will be close to the business, translating figures into concrete insights for local managers, sales, and operations, aiming to improve returns, margins, and cost control in various markets.
What you will do.
- Partner with branch management and sales in European markets, ensuring financial insights lead to better decisions and higher profitability.
- Coordinate the budget and forecast process for assigned branches, ensuring plans align with KPIs and risks are identified in a timely manner.
- Analyze monthly results on P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow with clear explanations, so deviations are quickly adjusted.
- Support business cases, pricing, and process improvements together with finance teams, so commercial choices and reports become more consistent and stronger.
- Assess monthly results regarding profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPIs, and clarify where deviations arise and what actions are needed.
- Play an important role in budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses, directly contributing to decisions on commercial opportunities, investments, and market developments.
- Work in an international finance environment with close collaboration between accounting, tax, treasury, and FP&A within a central shared service structure.
- Contribute to finance transformation, BI tooling, and improvements in systems and working methods.
What they ask
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A or controlling
- HBO or WO degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economics
