A care organization offers sheltered living and remote support to clients. Each client has their own apartment, and there is a common room with a shared kitchen. You will work in a sheltered living facility where clients reside in a 24-hour living setting.
What you do
Together with colleagues, you are responsible for the quality of support. Your core tasks include:
- Providing support for daily practical actions, such as maintaining the living environment and (financial) administration.
- Working irregular shifts, including late, early, and weekend shifts, and sleeping shifts.
- Accompanying clients to various appointments, such as with therapists, workplaces, and family.
- Administering medication.
- Occasionally performing supportive actions in the field of Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
- Collaborating with professionals from other involved care parties.
- Guiding group support sessions.
- Fulfilling a signaling role and conducting various supportive conversations.

You are empathetic and committed, and always dare to look for new possibilities. You gain and maintain trust, which is essential when supporting people whose lives have been disrupted. A client's request for help is always the starting point of your support. You are able to offer what contributes to a unique recovery process. This requires good collaboration and coordination with colleagues, people in the client's environment, and professionals from other organizations, as well as patience and perseverance.

- MBO-3 diploma in healthcare, preferably Social Care Specific Target Groups level 3 or 4 or Agogic Worker Mental Health Care level 4.
- Practical experience with people with psychological vulnerability.
- Easily work with technical communication tools and programs.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
