As a basic doctor, you work at the intersection of health, work, and prevention. Occupational medicine offers a challenging and socially relevant work environment where you help people remain sustainably employable and maintain control over their health. You will join an occupational health service provider where an open and informal work atmosphere is central. What you will do.

  • Medical guidance for employees who are temporarily absent or at risk of absence.
  • Conducting consultations, assessments, and discussions to examine the relationship between health, work, and personal circumstances.
  • Identifying factors influencing recovery, absenteeism, and employability.
  • Advising employees and employers on appropriate next steps in reintegration, prevention, and sustainable employability.
  • Working closely with an experienced occupational physician and other professionals within occupational health services.
  • Opportunity for guidance, knowledge sharing, and case discussion.

Profile

  • Completed Master's degree in Medicine.
  • Valid BIG registration.
  • Affinity with work and health.
  • Curious about occupational medicine and sustainable employability.
  • Good communication skills to advise both employees and employers.
  • Ability to work independently, but also actively seek collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.
