As an HR Consultant for an employment agency, you will work in-house at a large dairy producer, where you will be the connecting link between flexible employees, managers, and HR processes. From a warm welcome on the first day of work to contributing ideas on personnel issues: thanks to you, employees feel seen, heard, and helped. No day is the same.
One morning you conduct discussions with employees about their development, while later in the day you work with a manager on personnel planning or solve an HR challenge. Meanwhile, you ensure that contracts, mutations, and administrative processes are meticulously arranged. What you will do.
- You are the fixed point of contact for flexible employees and guide them throughout their employment.
- You ensure careful onboarding and support employees with questions about their work, development, and deployability.
- You draw up contracts, process mutations, and monitor correct HR administration.
- You liaise daily with managers about staffing, planning, and HR-related issues.
- You conduct discussions about well-being, engagement, and development, and encourage employees to get the best out of themselves.
- You identify opportunities for improvement within HR processes and translate these into concrete actions on the shop floor.
Profile
- You have an MBO 4 or HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably in HRM or a comparable field.
- Experience with onboarding, contract management, or personnel administration is a plus, but not a must.
- You communicate easily and professionally in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
- You possess a B driving license and your own transport.
- You work proactively and structured, take responsibility, and maintain an overview even during busy periods. Precisely when many things are happening simultaneously, you remain calm, think ahead, and ensure things are taken care of.
