As a basic doctor, you will have the opportunity to discover occupational medicine. You will provide long-term guidance to clients, analyze complex issues, and take the necessary time for the person behind the complaint. The focus is on health, resilience, vitality, and sustainable employability, rather than just illness.
What you will do.
- Guide employees who are absent due to physical or psychological complaints.
- Advise on a responsible return to work.
- Conduct consultations.
- Perform medical assessments.
- Contribute to issues concerning absenteeism, prevention, and sustainable employability.
- Develop a broad perspective on the interaction between health, work, and social participation.
Profile
- (Nearly) completed Master's degree in Medicine.
- BIG registration or soon eligible for it.
- Interest in or affinity with occupational medicine and occupational health services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Eager to learn and open to a new challenge outside the hospital.
Practical
- Employment through a secondment agency.
- One-year contract with the intention of extension.
- Salary in accordance with the applicable collective labor agreement and commensurate with experience.
- 8.33% holiday allowance and an end-of-year bonus.
