Executive Secretary

But above all: you provide such excellent support that people wonder how they ever functioned without you. You support board members, directors, or senior management in a role that demands overview, reliability, and flexibility. Your tasks include:
- Managing complex calendars and confidential mailboxes
- Preparing and taking minutes for MT or Board meetings
- Initiating, coordinating, and monitoring project progress
- Planning travel, events, appointments
- Providing project-based support to management or directors
- Monitoring and following up on action points
- Being the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive secretary or executive assistant
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Enjoys switching between tasks without losing control
- Discreet, professional
- Presentable, sharp
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible and effortlessly switches between different environments
- In possession of a B driving license
- Feels comfortable in changing situations and thrives on high-level interaction
- Knows when to act decisively, but also when to consult or slow down
