Regional Manager

• You ensure that the multiple store teams for which you are responsible can be successful.
• You strive for well-stocked, well-maintained, and tidy stores where customers feel welcome.
• You manage sales figures, productivity, labor costs, and optimal performance, with a focus on strong store teams.
• You have regular contact with the sales leader about operations and results in the assigned region.
• Daily, you visit multiple stores, paying attention to the correct presentation of the highly varied and surprising assortment, with at least 150 new products weekly.
• You have a keen eye for shelf layout, fill rate, and correct price indication, among other things.
• Together with the HR advisor, you guide and coach store managers in achieving qualitative and quantitative adequate staffing in the stores, including recruitment, talent development, and absence management.

• You are a strong communicator, keeping colleagues sharp and ensuring clear agreements.

What they ask

• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level (preferably a completed HBO degree in Entrepreneurship & Retail Management).
• You are entrepreneurial, critical, and pragmatic.
• You have experience with remote leadership of various teams in a dynamic environment.
• You are flexible and willing to travel (in possession of a B driving license).
