An insurance company is looking for a Commercial Insurance File Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing insurance files, primarily for businesses. You will build lasting client relationships, provide professional advice, and support clients in the management and further development of their insurance portfolio.
What you do
- You are the first point of contact, advisor, and trusted person for your clients.
- You independently manage the complete policy administration within your insurance branches.
- You draw up tailor-made policies and ensure correct follow-up of files.
- You perform all administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- You maintain contacts with clients, insurance companies, and other involved parties.
- You answer client questions and advise them on insurance solutions.
- You work proactively on your client portfolio and contribute to its retention and expansion.
- You detect commercial opportunities and respond to client needs.
Profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance or relevant experience within an insurance brokerage firm.
- Knowledge of insurance products such as Business Liability, Fire, Work Accidents, and Car insurance is a plus.
- Interest in more technical insurances such as CAR, machinery breakdown, cyber, and D&O is an additional asset.
- Affinity with the agricultural sector is a bonus.
- You are client-oriented, communicative, and solution-driven.
- You work independently, structured, and accurately.
- You are computer literate and have a good knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with Brio is a plus.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch. Knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage.
