Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you contribute to reliable and innovative ICT services within a government organization. You play an important role in further optimizing the Agile way of working. Agility is in your DNA, and you convey the Agile mindset in an inspiring and convincing way.

What you will do.

• Support multiple Agile teams within one of the organization's Agile chains.
• Ensure that teams can function optimally and collaborate efficiently and productively.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and fellow Scrum Masters.
• Safeguard the Agile philosophy and contribute to the further development of the Agile organization.
• Continuously build powerful, self-organizing teams through coaching, enthusiasm, and energy.
• Support teams in their development in self-organization and multidisciplinary collaboration, with support from Agile coaches.
• Implement servant leadership and continuously work on development, collaboration, and improvement.
• Work in a highly secured environment that delivers applications and services for important basic registrations.
• Contribute to the continuous development of virtual and container platform facilities, including Identity & Access Management, Satellite, Ansible, Elastic, and Zabbix.
• Work according to Agile Scrum within the SAFe framework.
• Perform on-call duty as a service manager once every two to three months (this responsibility is shared).
• Keep knowledge up-to-date through training and courses, actively share new insights, and anticipate changes.

What they ask

• HBO+ (higher professional education) working and thinking level in ICT or computer science.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) certified.
• Extensive knowledge of SAFe 5.1 or higher.
• Experience coaching Agile teams, stimulating team dynamics, and guiding feedback.
• Demonstrable experience in increasing the predictability of Scrum teams to a value of more than 85%.
• Experience in organizing and guiding PI events within a SAFe environment.
• Able to pass a security screening if required for the position.
