- Possesses administrative and organizational sensitivity.
- Works project-based and results-oriented.
- Connects internal and external partners.
- Can translate complex policy issues into practical implementation products.
- Possesses strong communication skills and environmental awareness.
- Has demonstrable affinity with vulnerable themes within care and safety.

- Minimum HBO/WO educational level with a relevant background in public administration.
- Experience in project-based work.
