Within an educational organization, you combine entrepreneurship, management, and education. You are ultimately responsible for the success of a branch and contribute to the growth of students and the branch.
What you do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of student mentors
- Conduct intake, evaluation, and advisory meetings with students and parents
- Organize schedules, administration, and action plans
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and other stakeholders
- Be visibly present at the branch and, if necessary, contribute to homework assistance
- Achieve growth, quality, and results within the branch
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Affinity with guiding and developing young people
- Entrepreneurial mindset and sense of responsibility
- Commercial insight and focus on growth and results
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in a leadership, coordinating, or entrepreneurial role is a plus
