This assignment involves work preparation for new-build projects in residential construction. You will work independently, manage your own planning, and maintain direct lines of communication. A construction company specializing in new-build homes and renovation projects is looking to expand its capacity.
What you do
- Prepare new-build projects from drawing to execution
- Ensure all information, materials, and planning are in order before construction starts
- Work independently and consult directly with project management and execution
- Elaborate specifications and drawings into workable schedules
- Apply for permits and check conditions
- Purchase and plan equipment and subcontractors
- Technical coordination with advisors and suppliers
What they ask
- Experience with work preparation in residential construction
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a new-build work planner
- Knowledge of building regulations and permit procedures
- Experience with purchasing and planning subcontractors
- Proficiency in the Dutch language, both written and spoken
- Availability on a project basis
