You will be part of a young, friendly, and motivated team within a jewelry brand. This role is on an on-call basis and can be combined with studies, for example.
What you will do.
- Provide personal customer service to potential and existing customers
- Assist customers in determining their needs with a commercial mindset
- Process placed orders
- Proactively prevent complaints and resolve them if they arise
- Contribute to improving the customer experience
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to optimize the customer experience
Profile
- MBO+ working and thinking level (equivalent to a higher vocational education)
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Problem-solving skills
- Commercially oriented
- Available at least 2 days per week
- Willingness to work irregular hours during busy periods, including evenings
- Willingness to work 1-2 weekend days per month
